"Savor the Summer" with The Glamorous Gourmet and Max's Harvest!

I am very happy to announce a delicious way to "Savor the Summer" right here in South Florida that may have you rethinking that Summer house on the Cape!

The Glamorous Gourmet is partnering with Max's Harvest in Delray Beach for a "Savor the Summer" Series of Wine Dinners. Owned by well-known South Florida culinary entrepreneur Dennis Max, Max's Harvest is all about keeping it local and is based on the belief that food tastes best, "when grown with care, harvested at precisely the right moment and delivered to our kitchen directly from the source." What's not to love about that?

The series will feature the innovative and delicious cuisine of Executive Chef Chris Miracolo paired with exceptional wines from our featured producers. Chris has had an impressive culinary career working with such well-known South Florida Chefs as Norman Van Aken, Mark Militello, and Peter Boloukos. He also ventured West to Dallas where he worked with Chef Dean Fearing at The Mansion on Turtle Creek as well as Chef Kent Rathbun of Abacus. After returning to Florida, he ran Himmarshee Bar & Grille in Ft. Lauderdale and left there to helm Max's Harvest, located in the trendy Pineapple Grove neighborhood of Delray Beach.
