Thursday, March 8th: Wine Pairing & Cooking Demonstration at Bloomingdale's Boca Town Center. Kick off the 10th Boca Bacchanal Grand Tasting with ultimate cooking demonstration and wine pairing. Meet special guests Scott Browne, Executive Chef of Uncle Julio's, and Stephanie Miskew, Wine Writer and Sommelier. Learn tips for creating the ultimate meal at home while our wine expert leads you through a series of wine varietals. Reservations are required and fee is $20. Saturday, March 24th: Boca Bacchanal - Bacchus Bash. Celebrate the 10th Anniversary while you sip, dine and bid at this extravaganza of sensational food and wine created with the encore participation of the Vintner Dinner Chefs and Vintners. Join us for a reception featuring signature dishes in a by-the-bite fashion and a multi-course feast prepared by Boca Raton & Club Executive Chef Andrew Roenbeck, silent and live auctions offering fabulous wine, travel, cuisine and lifestyle lots up for bid, dancing and revelry. Boca Raton Resort and Club, event starts at 6:00pm. Tickets are $250.

Thursday, April 19th: 5th Annual American Fine Wine Competition Gala Dinner: Celebrating its fifth anniversary, the 2012 American Fine Wine Competition will feature a star-studded Gala Dinner, with acclaimed chef Emeril Lagasse and announcer Alan Kalter (Late Show with Letterman) live, on-stage. Event will take place at the Boca Raton Resort & Club and starts at 6pm. Tickets are $300.
